The first VANS store was opened in California in 1966 by brothers Paul and Jim Van Doren along with partners Gordon Lee and Serge Delia. VANS primarily designs skateboarding shoes and relating streetwear apparel. The famous ‘off the wall’ logo was also inspired by skateboarder slang referring to empty pool tricks. Since its launch, the brand has conquered the World and has launched collaborations with such wildly known luxury brands from the fashion industry like Supreme, Kenzo, Hermés and many others.
