Will there be possible delays with my orders or returns due to the COVID-19 situation?

All our products are on stock in our Budapest based warehouse. We dispatch every order the next business day the latest. However, there may be occassional delays with the shipping solutions due to unseen circumstances. We do our best to serve our valued customers as fast as possible.

Do you have international shipping?

Yes, we ship world-wide!

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries.

All our EU orders are shipped by GLS or DHL.

For how long does the shipping takes to the EU countries?
All our products are on stock in our Budapest based warehouse. You will receive your tracked order within 2-4 business days, depending on your country.


For how long does the international shipping takes outside the EU?

All our products are on stock in our Budapest based warehouse. You will receive your tracked order within 2-7 business days, depending on your country.

When will my domestic order be delivered within Hungary?

All our products are on stock in our Budapest based warehouse, the tracked shipping to a Hungarian address only takes between 1-3 business days.

How much does the shipping cost to the EU?

We offer free shipping for all orders above 50 000 HUF (approx. above 130 EUR).

For orders of 50 000 HUF and under the cost of standard shipping to EU countries is 4 990 HUF (approx. 13 EUR).

We also offer free express shipping for all orders above 100 000 HUF (approx. above 260 EUR). For orders of 100 000 HUF and under the cost of express shipping to EU countries is 9 990 HUF (approx. 26 EUR).

How much does the international shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders above 100.000 HUF (approx. above 260 EUR, or above 320 USD).

For orders of 100 000 HUF (approx. 260 EUR, or 320 USD) and under the cost of the shipping is HUF 9 990 (approx. 25 EUR, or 30 USD).

How much does it cost to ship the products I order in Hungary?

We ship every order for free if you order to Hungary.

From where do you ship from?

We ship all our products from Budapest, Hungary, EU.

How does import taxes and duties calculated?

Outside the European Union product prices displayed are exclusive of all local taxes and duties that may be due. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise how much this amount will be, please refer to the website of your country’s customs authorities for more information.

Return policy

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange your order please proceed with the return of the unwanted product and submit a new order of the right product. We cannot exchange products.

We offer a pickup service for your returns for defined fee. Or, you can take care of the return by yourself.

If you would like to benefit from our pickup service when returning your order

You have 14 days from the arrival of your products to order a pickup by sending an email to the address spark@spark-le-monde.com with the following information:

  • Customer’s name

  • List of goods to be returned (Name, Colour, Size, Quantity)

  • Contact person’s name for the pickup:

  • Contact person’s phone number:

  • Pickup address including Country, City, Postal Code, House number (Floor and Apartment number if applicable)

Please make sure to provide correct information about the pickup address and contact information, otherwise the pickup attempt might fail. In case the pickup fails, please let us know immediately and we will arrange it for another occasion. In case the second pickup also fails, it is your responsibility to return the item to us within 14 days after the arrival of the package, otherwise you will lose the right for a refund.

The following return fees are applicable, which will be deducted from the refundable amount:

Please use the original packaging for the return and include our return form in it, which you can download from here. Failure to include the form in the package can delay or even hinder the return process, especially in case of packages arriving from outside the EU. Any additional costs incurred due to the use of inadequate packaging or the missing return form is deductible from the refundable amount.

If you wish to proceed with the return by yourself

In case you do not wish to use our return service, please send back the products to our address in Hungary: SPARK LE MONDE STORE, HUNGARY 1024 Budapest, Lovohaz utca 29. You have 14 days to return your ordered product to our store from the original date of the receipt. You are responsible for paying and arranging the shipping back to us including all customs fees and administrative costs should it be applicable. Please ship the returned packages only with tracked shipping solutions (like DHL, GLS, UPS, FedEx etc.).

Alternatively, you can just drop your package off at one of our stores and we can take care of the returns there. You might also find something else in store that you like instead :)

Once we receive the product in the original condition within 14 days of the original receipt, your refund will be completed automatically via the original payment method within 8 business days. Please do not forget tu include the return form in the package.

Returns from Hungary: We offer free and easy returns to all our customers in Hungary. If you would like to return your ordered product from Hungary we will organize the pickup and the shipping for you free of charge. You have 14 days from the arrival of your products to notify us about the return. Please send us an email to spark@spark-le-monde.com. In the email please indicate the pick up address, your email, mobile phone number and name. We can organize the returns from the next business day you write to us. You only have to put the product in the box you received it, close it and tape it properly. Please also include our return form in it, which you can download from here. Failure to include the form in the package can delay or even hinder the return process.The carrier picking up the boxed product will put the necessary shipping label to the box. After we receive the product in the right condition your refund will be completed via the original payment method. Or, you can just bring it in our stores and we can take care of the returns there. You might also find something else in store :)

All returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all original tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box, we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface.
  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
