We ship every order for free if you order to Hungary.

How much does the shipping cost to the EU countries?
Do you have international shipping?
Yes, we have. You can place an order from anywhere in the world. We fulfill the international shipping orders with DHL or FedEx.
How much does the international shipping cost?
- Below HUF 50 000 (aprx. 160 EUR, or 165 USD) order value the cost of the FedEx international shipping is HUF 9.900 (aprx 30 EUR, or 34 USD)
- Between HUF 50 000 and HUF 100.000 (aprx. between 160 - 320 EUR, or 165 - 330 USD) order value the cost of the FedEx international shipping is HUF 4.900 (aprx 15 EUR, or 17 USD)
- Above HUF 100.000 (aprx. above 320 EUR, or 330 USD) the international shipping is free.

For how long does the shipping takes to Hungary?
Since all our products are on stock in are warehouse in Budapest the shipping time is only between 1-3 business days to Hungary.
For how long does the shipping takes to the EU countries?
Shipping abroad might take the package 2-4 business days to arrive depending on your country.
For how long does the international shipping takes outside the EU?
The DHL or FedEx international shipping might take the package 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your country.

We ship all our products from Budapest, Hungary, EU.
How does import taxes and duties calculated?
All returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
