How can I pay and in which currency if I order in Hungary?
You can pay your order in HUF directly through our website using the secure payment method called SimplePay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro cards.
You can also chose to pay with PayPal.
If you do not wish to pay online you can choose to pay in person to the carrier when you receive your order. This option is only available for shipments within the territory of Hungary. You can pay to the carrier either in cash or with a card. We accept both debit and credit cards.
How can I pay and in which currency if I order to Europen Union or other countires?
If you ordered shipment in the EU or international outside the EU countries outside Hungary we can only accept online payments made through our website, in this case cash on delivery is not accepted.

On our website you can see the prices in HUF, EUR, GBP and USD. Our base prices are set in HUF and we use the actual XE Live Exchange rates to calculate and show the prices in EUR, GBP and USD (https://www.xe.com/). Please note that the EUR, GBP and USD prices are only for informative purposes, when you pay online you will always be charged with the actual HUF prices.
Can I return the products in case it is not what I wished for?
Or course you can return any product. You have 14 days to return the product in the same condition that you received them. In Hungary we are pleased to organize the collection of the returned items for you. From the European Union you have to send us back the product you would like to return. Can I also return lingerie and swimwear products?
Yes, you can return lingerie and swimwear products as well but please take care of the following:
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to register to place an order. In order to place an order you have to fill in the necessary information fields regarding your: email address, name, shipping address, phone number and payment details. We also recommend to sign up to our newsletter in order to receive information about the newest arrivals and discounts.
