Do you have a store or you are only available online?
We opened our first store which is located in the heart of Budapest. Address: Budapest 1024, Hungary Lövőház utca 29. For opening hours click here.
You can pay your order in HUF-EUR-USD-GBP directly through our website using the secure payment method provided by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro cards and you can also pay with ApplePay.
You can also chose to pay with PayPal.
How can I pay and in which currency if I order to Europen Union or other countires?
If you order from the EU, USA or any other countries in the world we can only accept online payments made through our website, in this case cash on delivery is not accepted.
You can pay your order in EUR, USD, GBP or HUF directly through our website using the secure payment methods.
In which currency can I pay with?
Can I return the products in case it is not what I wished for?
Or course you can return any product. You have 14 days to return the product in the same condition that you received them. For more information please visit the Shipping and return information. You might also visit us in our store and we take care of the return there.
Can I also return lingerie and swimwear products?
Yes, you can return lingerie and swimwear products as well but please take care of the following:
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
When will I get my money back after returning an order?
We always do our best to process refunds as soon as possible, however, it may take up to 8 business days from the moment we receive your returned goods. You will receive your refund the way you made your original payment.
To ensure that your jewellery stays beautiful as long as possible, please take care of the following.
Never expose your jewellery to a humid or wet environment or to certain factors that could compromise its integrity. This includes but is not limited to cosmetics, perfumes/colognes, antiperspirants, cleaning products, chlorine, salt or thermal waters, perspiration etc. Always remove jewellery before taking a shower, swimming or performing physical activities and before going to sleep. We recommend to store it in an air-tight dry container preferably in its original packaging. Regularly remove any debris or dirt with a soft cloth with careful, circular motion, without damaging the surface to prevent any discolouring. Please note that unless the above care instructions have been carefully followed, we cannot provide guarantee for any discolouration or damages to the items due to your own misuse. Items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident will not be considered faulty.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to register to place an order. In order to place an order you have to fill in the necessary information fields regarding your: email address, name, shipping address, phone number and payment details. We also recommend to sign up to our newsletter in order to receive information about the newest arrivals and discounts.
