As the culmination of the modern fairy tale of the American Princess and the young English knight, Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham tied the knot yesterday evening at the Peltz family’s estate in Florida. For the event, Nicola chose an incredible, long Valentino Haute Couture gown with a gorgeous, strikingly long train. The look was complemented by a show-stopping sweeping veil and custom gloves, which were both embellished with delicate lace. But the most adorable parts of the dress were hidden from even the guests’ eyes: Nicola’s mom, Claudia added an evil eye, which in many cultures is used as an amulet of protection, along with a message, which was stitched into the dress with blue thread.
